EduWeek is EUROSPINE’s flagship educational event and one of the most respected programmes in spine education worldwide. Faculty Responsibilities
Faculty roles are designed to balance preparation, teaching, and collaboration. Ahead of EduWeek, you will prepare content and engage with colleagues. During the event itself, you will actively lead and support participants’ learning journey.
Your responsibilities include:

Preparing or reviewing e-learning content (deadline February 2026)

Recording lectures via the EUROSPINE LMS (Panopto/Matrix)

Participating in virtual pre- and post-meetings
-
Attending the live Strasbourg sessions (June 2026) in full
-
Leading case discussions, facilitating small groups, and providing feedback

Supporting Skills Labs or CadLabs in the Endoscopy Modules

Promoting EduWeek through your professional networks
Who Can Apply?
EduWeek faculty applications are open exclusively to EUROSPINE Premium or Standard Members who are committed to advancing spine education. We welcome both first-time applicants and those who have taught at EduWeek before.
Minimum requirements:

Specialisation in spinal disorders

At least five years of clinical spine care experience

EUROSPINE Premium or Standard Membership (Not a member yet? Apply here)

Availability to attend EduWeek 2026 in Strasbourg

Willingness to participate in 2–3 virtual meetings

Previous teaching experience (university, society, or professional training) preferred
About the Modules
EduWeek 2026 offers three distinct module streams.
Basic & Advanced Modules
These modules combine e-learning with live sessions in Strasbourg and a “Bring Your Own Case” (BYOC) virtual event in September 2026. Faculty guide structured teaching, facilitate case-based learning, and support interactive discussions.
Endoscopy Modules
The endoscopy track blends video-based e-learning with hands-on training. Faculty demonstrate procedures, mentor participants in Skills Labs, and provide direct practical feedback.
