Space is rented in 9m² steps only (min 9m²)

All prices quoted are excl. local VAT, if applicable.
The exhibition package fee includes:
- Exhibition floor space
- Two exhibitor badges per 9m2 rented exhibition space (no access to scientific sessions)
- One full congress registration per 9 m2 rented exhibition space (access to scientific sessions)
- Cleaning of public areas and gangways
- Acknowledgements on the EUROSPINE 2024 website, pocket programme & congress app
Application for exhibition
Application opens on Tuesday, 5 December 2023 at 14:30 CET. Exhibition applications must be submitted and will only be accepted via the online application. Submission of an application does not guarantee space availability, nor does it guarantee size or location. By submitting the online exhibiton application, companies agree on the terms and conditions, payment conditions and cancellation policy and fees outlined in this prospectus.
Booth allocation
As per EUROSPINE guidelines the assignment for booth allocation remains according to the following criteria: total of booth and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit. The booth allocation starts in spring 2024. EUROSPINE reserves the right to relocate or reassign booths at any time for the overall benefit of the congress.
Preliminary exhibition schedule
The exhibition area of EUROSPINE 2024 will be situated in Hall A of Reed Messe Vienna.
- Set-up: Monday, 30 September and Tuesday, 1 October 2024
- Exhibition dates: Wednesday, 2 October to Friday, 4 October 2024
- Dismantling: Friday, 4 October from 15:00 until midnight
