Shape the future of spine education. EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe, is looking for an Education & E-Learning Specialist to help bring our education into the digital era. Working within our Education team, you'll design and deliver modern digital learning, help develop our educational programmes, and make a lasting impact on spine specialists across Europe.

The opportunity
This is a hands-on specialist role that strengthens our education efforts and helps the team deliver them. You'll combine a strong grasp of how adults learn with the digital skills to bring it to life, taking ownership of key learning initiatives with the support of an experienced, collaborative team. The role offers real scope to develop EUROSPINE's educational programmes and to shape new projects that support lifelong learning within the spine community.
What you'll focus on
- Build our digital learning. Modernise our e-learning — platform and content — to create engaging, learner-centred courses, assessments and resources.
- Strengthen our educational programmes. Support the development of programmes, credentials and learning formats, so they remain innovative and of the highest quality.
- Develop our fellowships. Coordinate and further enhance fellowship programmes that support the next generation of spine specialists.
- Build lasting engagement. Help grow a vibrant learning community that connects members throughout their professional careers.
Who you are
- An education and e-learning specialist. You bring experience in instructional design and educational formats, and you're fluent in the digital tools that deliver them — you think first about how adults learn, then about the technology that serves it.
- Experienced within a professional association. You've worked within a professional association or membership organisation — ideally a medical one — and understand how they work.
- A proactive project owner. You are comfortable managing projects independently and enjoy collaborating with experts, colleagues and partners.
- A confident communicator. You're fluent in English; additional European languages would be an advantage.
What we offer
Fully remote working. Ideally based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland; we collaborate across European time zones.
