The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Spinal Endoscopy is a structured training programme designed to provide spine surgeons with comprehensive education in endoscopic spine surgery. Organised by the EndoSpine Academy, the CAS combines e-learning, hands-on training, and clinical fellowships. Participants progress step by step from theoretical foundations to advanced surgical techniques.
The programme begins in December 2025 and typically extends over 2–4 semesters. It includes the following modules and activities:

E-Learning Module: 6 December 2025

Basic Course: 16–18 March 2026

Advanced Course 1: 19–20 March 2026 (only if previous modules are completed)

Advanced Course 2: Q1 2027

Fellowships: organised individually with participating centres
In addition to the full CAS pathway, spine surgeons also have the option to attend the Basic and Advanced Courses as stand-alone educational events.
