The Croatian Vertebrological Society (HVD) is a professional society of the Croatian College of Physicians and Surgeons (physiatrists, surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedists, neurologists, rheumatologists, anaesthesiologists, general practitioners and others) with an interest in pain and conditions of the spine. Multidisciplinarity is the main focus of the problem of patients with pain and conditions of the spine, and this is the basis of the HVD's advice.
