Information for new users / Join the registry

Thank you very much for your interest in joining EUROSPINE’s international Spine Tango registry. Spine Tango (established in 2002) is a dynamic tool for quality assurance and research on both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

Under the terms of registration, participation in Spine Tango is free of charge. If your department/hospital does not currently have a EUROSPINE member on staff, however, we require that one member of your department/hospital become a EUROSPINE member within one year of signing your Spine Tango registration.

Prior to providing you with access to the Spine Tango registry, we need some information from you. We kindly ask you to please follow the process below:

  • Return of documents: Email both files back to .
  • Approval: Once the requirements are fulfilled, EUROSPINE will approve your documents.
  • Information on new accounts: We will provide you (and your colleagues) with information about your accounts.
  • Start with documentation: Now you can start using the registry and documenting your cases.

Informed Patient ConsentAchtung Link öffnet sich in einem neuen Fenster, a GDPR-compliant template: Please be aware that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires a signed patient informed consent for every patient whose data are entered into the registry.
