Several reasons can cause an issue with your credit card:
- Security Measures: Some credit card companies implement security measures to prevent fraud, such as blocking transactions from certain websites or countries. Contact your credit card provider to check if they are blocking the transaction.
- International Transactions: If you’re based in a different country than Switzerland, your credit card may not be set up for international transactions. Contact your card provider to enable international transactions if needed.
- Technical Glitches: Occasionally, technical issues on the website or the payment gateway can cause credit card transactions to fail. Try again later or contact membership@eurospine.org for assistance if the issue does not resolve.
We do not offer to pay the membership fees offline currently.
You can download the latest confirmation of payment in your ‘Orders’ via your EUROSPINE account. Should you need the invoice, please contact our team at membership@eurospine.org.
