Overview Hybrid EduWeek

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Hybrid EduWeek (23–25 November 2020) will not take place as planned in Geneva, Switzerland, but is postponed to 28-30 June 2021.
Our priority is the health and safety of our faculty, participants, partners, staff and everyone contributing to the success of our Hybrid EduWeek.
We will be combining all of our education offers, basic diploma courses, advanced diploma courses and the EDISC courses at the Hybrid EduWeek in 28-30 June 2021 at the IRCAD in Strasbourg, France.

The EUROSPINE Blended Learning Approach

The Hybrid EduWeek adopts a blended learning approach consisting of an online and a face to face component. Acquiring knowledge takes place with lecture videos online. Deepening of learning takes place face to face with case based discussions and hands-on workshops.

Online Component

eLearning modules are available before the face to face session. They mirror the EduWeek modules subdivided into sessions in the form of online video lectures which the participants are required to watch. Each session contains a knowledge check that must be completed by the participants.

Online modules will be accessible prior to the face-to-face component. Only participants who have paid the registration will be given access to the modules.
Registered participants will be advised in due time regarding the deadline to complete the online modules.

Face to Face Component

Participants are asked to build foundation knowledge for the face to face component with the online module work. Participants will engage with faculty in intensive case based discussions that will enhance and deepen the learning.
