Information for new users who want to join the registryThe Spine Tango registry is offered by EUROSPINE to all clinicians (who are EUROSPINE members) as a quality assurance tool and a research platform.
Participation in Spine Tango is free of charge.
If you are not currently a EUROSPINE member and your department or hospital does not have a EUROSPINE member on staff, you may still use Spine Tango provided that you or one staff member of your department or hospital become a EUROSPINE member within one year of your Spine Tango registration.
Three steps to become a Spine Tango userIn order to access the Spine Tango registry, please follow the following steps:
1. Download and complete the Hospital/User Registration Form.
2. Download, read, complete and sign the General Terms & Conditions (see help for assistance).
3. Send both completed forms to .
Once EUROSPINE has received your registration request, EUROSPINE will approve it and provide you (and your colleagues in the case of multiple users) with your account details. Then you can start using the registry.
Once you have submitted the forms, the approval process will take approximately five working days.
Informed Patient ConsentIn accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your patient should be informed about data collection. Every patient whose data are to be entered into the registry should first confirm their agreement to the use of their information by signing an informed consent form.
