Application requirements

Based on data from past meetings, EuroSpine now has approximately 1600 participants, total attendance (incl accompanying persons and from exhibiting industry) around 3000 persons, a 2500 m2 exhibition space requirement, and several satellite events. Therefore, the candidature for future meetings must satisfy several basic requirements related to the facilities, which are summarized below.

The next year to apply to host an EuroSpine meeting is 2016.

Deadline for application is December 15, 2010.

Selection Process
Applications must arrive six years in advance, before the Executive Commmitee meeting (end January). They will have to be approved by the Executive Commmitee for final ratification, voted on at the EuroSpine General Assembly five years in advance.
Applications must be submitted by a local host or a team of local hosts, whereof one of them has to be an active member. An agency without back-up of a member cannot apply.

Only fully completed Site Application documents with the sample budget will be evaluated by the ES site committee.
