Guidelines for Speakers
All speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation on DVD, Memory Stick, CD-ROM or Zip to the Speaker Ready Room. Experienced technicians will help in checking the presentations, starting up incorporated video’s, help making last minute changes to the presentations etc.
Please bring in and check your presentation at the speaker ready room at least one hour prior to your presentation (and not 5 minutes before as we often experience).
Presentations will be loaded on the central server that is connected to the session room where projectors are available. The speaker will have a screen monitor at the lectern and the presentation can be advanced by the using the mouse, touch the screen (in case of touch screen being installed) or by simply asking the technician for the next slide.
Speakers are encouraged not to bring their own laptops.
If other projection material (e.g. overhead projector) is required, please contact us
Speakers are also reminded that they should be present in the session room and identify themselves to the Session Chair, at least 15 min. before the start of the session
